I consult with design, development, and service organizations on environmental factors that shape health, behavior, and risk. My goal is to help teams design spaces that support human occupation.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
I consult with organizations on trauma-informed design, dementia-informed environments, and accessibility that goes beyond minimum compliance. This work includes supporting staff wellbeing and reducing injury, burnout, and cognitive overload through thoughtful environmental decisions. The focus is on creating
safe, humane spaces for both those served and those who work within them.

I do not compete with architects or designers—I help protect them.

TRAUMA-INFORMED SYSTEMS
I consult with organizations working in refugee services, public health equity, and post-COVID workforce recovery, including police, emergency services, and healthcare systems. My work focuses on trauma-informed workplaces and service environments that acknowledge the realities of chronic stress and moral injury. I help leaders identify how environmental conditions contribute to harm—and how to redesign them to support resilience and ethical practice.

I'm a systems-level consultant on environments that shape behavior, health, and decision-making.
HEALTH, AGING, AND SENIOR LIVING
I consult on the development of private senior housing, retirement communities, and memory care environments grounded in dementia-informed design. This work addresses fall reduction, clear wayfinding, and cognitive load reduction to support resident safety and dignity. I also focus on how design decisions affect caregiver stress and burnout, helping organizations create environments that sustain both care and care work.

I speak to both health outcomes and design-level concerns.

DIS/ABILITY ASSESSMENTS
I consult on environments and systems that support people with vision and hearing impairments, mobility limitations, intellectual disabilities, and neurodivergent thinkers. My work focuses on reducing unnecessary barriers while respecting differences in perception, processing, and movement. The goal is not normalization, but creating conditions in which a wider range of people can function with dignity and ease.
I use empathy and storytelling to understand what's important.
